What is the return/exchange policy?
There will be no refunds or exchanges unless mistake is made on sellers behalf.

All purchases are final including products, accessories, and wig orders, unless initiated by seller.

How long is shipping?

Processing time for products and accessories is 5-7 business days.

Processing time for units is  10-15 business days, after the unit is paid for.

Shipping is 3-5 business days ( Not including holidays.)

Packages are shipped out twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays.)

Products, accessories, and wigs are available for delivery (depending on location), shipping (worldwide) and pickup at our location.

Customers will be updated and confirmations will be sent out after every purchase has been completed.

What happens if my package is lost/damaged?

BratzBoutique will not be held responsible for stolen packages or incorrect addresses, make sure to double check before completing an order, and/or late shipments.

Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive tracking number via email you provide. Once our courier has your package, please understand we do not control their delivery standards. Allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Please reach out to The Bratzboutique within 48 hours of receiving order in mail if there are any issues.

PICK UPS?
Wigs that are available on hand are considered for pickup and will be noted.
